The submitted article will be evaluated by the editor to see the eligibility of the manuscript. The editor will take decisions for submitted, rejected or repaired and resubmitted manuscript. If the editor judges the manuscript to be appropriate, the manuscript will be submitted to the reviewer for a double blind review.
